Jérémy Moutout
Director & founder

Jérémy Moutout is a Monegasque professional sailor, currently training for the LA 2028 Olympics. A proud racer for the Yacht Club of Monaco since 2015, he is not only an athlete but a team manager as well in the competitive sailing world.

In addition to his athletic pursuits, Jeremy successfully rans a car rental business in Monaco since 2020, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit. He holds a degree in real estate from ISCAE in Nice, France, combining his academic expertise with his lifelong passion for sailing and real estate. Inspired by these passions, Jeremy founded MyCrown Estates, a real estate agency in his hometown of Monaco.

Thierry Debiez
Managing director

Thierry Debiez is a licensed real estate agent with over five years of experience in the Monaco and French Riviera markets, gained through his work with prominent real estate agencies and property developers.

He has played a key role in structuring equity models for major real estate projects, showcasing his deep understanding of the industry. In addition to his real estate expertise, Thierry is a seasoned financial and administrative professional with over 25 years of experience advising corporations and individuals in complex environments.

Thierry holds a Master’s in Accounting and Finance (DESCF) from the University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis and is a Certified Trust and Estate Practitioner (STEP). In addition to his professional work, he actively volunteers in financial oversight roles for Monegasque associations and mentors students as a jury member for accounting and finance examinations.

Elya Tsouvelekakis
Sales and marketing manager

Elya Tsouvelekakis is a dynamic professional based in Monaco, blending expertise in art curation, consulting, and marketing. She serves as Director of MyCrown Estates and leads her own company, where she organizes art events and consults clients on art and collectibles. Additionally, she is the Project Manager for MyCrown Art, an art store located on Hydra Island, Greece.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Art History from NYU, complemented by minors in Economics and Studio Art, Elya integrates business acumen with her passion for the arts. Her diverse career spans multiple industries, including retail, where she was the Marketing and Communications Executive for Brooks Brothers Monaco, and the art world, where she gained experience at Sotheby’s Auction House in New York in the Contemporary and Global Fine Arts departments.

Fluent in English (Proficiency), Greek (native), and French (DELF B2), with basic conversational skills in Spanish (DELE A2), Elya is an active member of esteemed organizations such as the Yacht Club de Monaco and the Museum of Cycladic Art. A hobbyist writer, she has contributed numerous articles to prominent publications and has been passionately engaged in volunteer work from an early age. Her accomplishments earned her a place on Forbes Monaco’s 30 Under 30 list on 2022.

Soufiane Abbassi
Senior Broker

Soufiane Abbassi is an accomplished professional with a versatile background. Born and raised in Monaco, Soufiane has cultivated a reputation for his expertise, professionalism, and exceptional dedication to client relationships. Fluent in French, English, Italian, and Moroccan Arabic, he seamlessly connects with an international clientele, bringing a truly global approach to his work.

Soufiane’s real estate journey includes his role as a broker at Spark & Partners in Monaco, where he excelled in property prospecting, client advisory services, and providing precise property valuations. His deep understanding of the Monaco property market, combined with meticulous attention to detail, has earned him a trusted position within the industry.

Alongside his real estate achievements, Soufiane serves as the boutique manager for Brooks Brothers at the prestigious Yacht Club de Monaco. The iconic American brand is celebrated for its timeless, high-quality clothing, and Soufiane’s leadership ensures an exceptional experience for the boutique’s discerning clientele. Previously, he gained invaluable luxury retail expertise as a Sales Associate at Prada in Monaco, where he consistently delivered outstanding customer service and cultivated lasting client loyalty.
Academically, Soufiane holds a BTS Banque level qualification from Lycée J. Audiberti in Nice and a Professional Baccalaureate in Accounting from the Lycée Technique de Monaco.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Soufiane is deeply committed to his community. He is an active member of the Barbagiuans of Monaco, an association that brings together former Monegasque football legends and distinguished figures connected to the principality. His contributions extend to cultural and public relations initiatives through the Hellenic Community Association and the Backgammon Association of Monaco. Additionally, his involvement with Monaco’s Fishing Federation and his role as a project leader for the Junior Economic Chamber underscore his dedication to fostering collaboration, growth, and cultural enrichment within Monaco.
